This Joby clamp is made for tablets, but it can hold a phone in a pinch: it extends from 12.5cm (about enough to clamp an iPhone top-to-bottom) to about 20cm (which will fit an 11" iPad Pro side-to-side.) There's a rotating swivel mount on the back with a standard 1/4" tripod socket. Light cosmetic wear, good function.
